Roz and Dave have been coming to Wasdale for most of their lives and grabbed the opportunity to purchase Goosepen Cottage in 2015.   Goosepen Cottage, and Hallflat Farm, is a very special place for us.

Roz has been staying at Hallflat Farm on a regular basis for over 40 years – from annual childhood family holidays in the slightly lesser comfort of a caravan, to more recent times in Goosepen  - it has been a holiday cottage for over 20 years.   We both know the area very well and are keen hikers – we've done most of the local peaks and Dave has led many a group of walkers up the Wasdale fells over the years.   We look forward to welcoming you to this very special part of the Lake District and hope that you will love it as much as we do!
