Rental Rates
A 25% deposit at time of booking will secure your holiday, with the full balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. For arrivals within 6 weeks of booking, full payment is due at time of booking. We also ask for a £100 security deposit – this is refundable on satisfactory vacation of the cottage and is a safeguard against significant damages, losses or excess cleaning. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
Payment can be made by cheque or bank transfer.
The maximum number of occupants allowed is four.
What if I need to cancel?
If you do need to cancel your booking, please let us know in writing. In the event of cancellation at least 6 weeks prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be payable. If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of arrival, the full cost will be forfeited. However, if we are able to re-let the cottage for the same period, we will refund any monies paid, less the deposit.
